How many calories should you burn a day to lose weight?

Do you know how many calories should be burned every day based on age so that fat does not build up? The number of calories a person needs to burn each day is determined by their age, gender, weight, work and eating habits. Every activity burns calories. The more you work, the more calories you’ll burn. If fewer calories are burned, the leftover calories begin to convert into fat inside the body, and weight increases. This is why it is critical to keep track of calorie intake.

The BMR formula is used for calculating calories. There are several formulae for this. It is calculated in several ways. So, according to research, you should also understand how many calories an ordinary man and woman should burn each day.

Here is a calorie chart for an average man who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 90 kg, and a normal lady who is 5 feet 3.5 inches tall and weighs 77 kg, based on age. A 20-year-old guy should burn 2020 calories each day, whereas a lady of the same age should burn 1559. Similarly, a 30-year-old male should burn 1964 calories each day, while a 30-year-old woman should expend 1516 calories. A 40-year-old man should burn 1907 calories, whereas a 40-year-old woman should burn 1473 calories.
