Reliance Entertainment Chief Executive Officer, Shibasish Sarkar, who handles digital, gaming and entertainment, has been admitted to Kokilaben Hospital on Sunday as he tests positive for COVID-19.
According to PTI, a source close to the CEO confirmed that Sarkar developed high fever and hence, tested positive for Covid-19 but now he is in his recovering stage and his fever has gone down.
On Thursday, Sarkar participated in a webinar in which he revealed that two films, Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavansham and ‘83 stand delayed due to the pandemic. These movies were scheduled to be released in March and April respectively but due to lockdown, they stand delayed.
A few days ago, Karan Johar’s house help also tested positive for Covid-19 and many telly actors reported that their buildings has been sealed as the neighbours are found to be positive with this virus.
