Pyo Ji-hoon, popularly known by his stage name P.O, is a member of the South Korean hip-hop group Block B, which was formed by PD and originally released under the label Stardom Entertainment.
Pyo Ji-hoon’s Artists Company posted on March 3rd, 2022, that Pyo Ji-hoon recently confirmed positive in the preemptive self-diagnosis kit examination, and promptly advanced with a PCR test, reaching a final positive result on March 2nd.
According to the agency, he is currently receiving the second dose of the vaccine and has immediately ceased all activities. He isolated himself and received treatment at home in accordance with the quarantine authorities’ guidelines.
They further stated that they will do all possible to allow artists to focus on treatment and rehabilitation in compliance with quarantine authorities’ recommendations.
P.O became the seventh confirmed case from the cast of ‘Amazing Saturday.’ Prior to him, Kim Dong-Hyun, Park Na-Rae, Nucksal, Hanhae, SHINee’s Key, and Boom, all cast members of ‘Amazing Saturday,’ had already confirmed that they are diagnosed with COVID-19 positive. This week’s episode of ‘Amazing Saturday’ will not be recorded.
‘Amazing Saturday’ had already run into trouble last month when Moon Se Yoon tested positive, prompting all of the cast members to be tested. Fortunately, no additional infections occurred during that time. But at the beginning of this month, most of the cast members were getting infected one by one with COVID-19.
