National Education Policy 2020 becomes a year old, 10 more schemes declared by PM Modi

On the successful completion of one year of NEP, PM Modi has disclosed ten more schemes on Education.

The National Education Policy was the recent & beneficial approval given by the Government. On the successful completion of one year of NEP, PM Modi has announced ten more schemes on Education. 

In July 2020, the Government approved the policy. The Ministry of Human Resource Development was renamed the Ministry of Education. This policy is special because it got released after a huge gap of 34 years.

Vidya Pravesh was launched for childhood education. The most intriguing element of this policy is the right given to a student to experience multiple entry and exit. confinement to one stream is over. 

Today students have the chance to break the bondage of doing a career in just a single stream. If someone isn’t interested in something then he/she can leave that and attain something more triggering. Diksha platform is created for students to attain study material and it is open for students, teachers, etc. Daily, almost 5 crore people are exploring Diksha.  Scanning the QR codes and downloading the books is the only task for attaining information.
