Dharmendra Pradhan writes to West Bengal Chief Minister asking the state government to restore confidence in the people ahead of the SSC exam

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan writes to the West Bengal Chief Minister enquiring about the loss of confidence in the education system of Bengal. He had asked the state government to take the necessary precautions in front of the SSC exam. “I assure you our continuous support & highest consideration to ensure access to quality education in WB,” the letter sent to West Bengal Chief Minister read.

According to the most recent report, West Bengal Chief Minister Partha Chatterjee has been assaulted by a woman who had hurled a shoe at him while he was being taken to the Enforcement Directorate from ECI Hospital on Tuesday, August 2, 2021. The woman was asked the reason why she had thrown a shoe at Mr Chatterjee she replied,” He had taken money from poor people. I would have been happier if the shoe would have hit him on his head”.

Although Mr Chatterjee had denied his involvement in the SSC scam and that the “money does not belong to him”. He has claimed that time will prove everyone wrong and would prove that the money recovered does not belong to him. Partha Chatterjee has been currently suspended from Trinamool Congress along with his aide Arpita Mukherjee, both claim that they have been wrongfully convicted in a huge conspiracy. Trinamool Congress has been silent about his involvement and has slashed him of his post and title.
