TVS Motor Company reported strong performance for the quarter ended March 2025, registering its highest-ever revenue, EBITDA margin, and profit figures. The company’s revenue from operations in Q4 stood at ₹9,550 crore, marking a 17% growth compared to ₹8,169 crore in Q4 FY24. TVS posted a record Operating EBITDA of ₹1,333 crore, up from ₹926 crore a year ago, with the operating EBITDA margin improving to 14% (excluding PLI benefit, 12.5% compared to 11.3% last year). Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter surged to ₹1,112 crore, up from ₹672 crore in the same period last year. During the quarter, the company recognized Production Linked Incentive (PLI) pertaining to the full financial year based on progress made under the Ministry of Heavy Industries’ SOP on PLI.
TVS Motors Q4 FY25 Results: Revenue jumps 17% YoY to Rs 9,550 crore, Net Profit jumps 75% YoY
In terms of sales performance, TVS Motor’s overall two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales grew by 14% YoY to 12.16 lakh units in Q4 FY25, compared to 10.63 lakh units in Q4 FY24. Motorcycle sales increased 10% to 5.64 lakh units, while scooter sales jumped 27% to 5.02 lakh units. The company’s electric vehicle (EV) sales rose sharply by 54% to 0.76 lakh units. Three-wheeler sales also registered a 21% growth, reaching 0.37 lakh units during the quarter.
For the full financial year FY25, TVS Motor achieved a revenue of ₹36,251 crore, up 14% from ₹31,776 crore in FY24. The annual PBT grew 31% to ₹3,629 crore and PAT stood at ₹2,711 crore, compared to ₹2,083 crore in FY24. Notably, the company crossed 47 lakh units in annual two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales.
TVS Motor continues to strengthen its position in both domestic and international markets, driven by strong demand across motorcycles, scooters, electric vehicles, and three-wheelers. The management remains optimistic about future growth, citing its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable mobility solutions.
