Skoda to launch its Enyaq electric vehicle tomorrow; Here’s what to expect

Skoda is set to unveil its highly anticipated Enyaq electric vehicle tomorrow, January 8. Available in both SUV and Coupe forms, the Enyaq showcases the brand’s new Modern Solid design language. The teaser video released ahead of the event has revealed key design features, but the full interior details and technical specifications remain under wraps.

One of the standout updates is the new ‘Tech Deck’ face. The Enyaq will feature split LED headlamps, placed on the bumper similar to the Elroq EV. For daytime running lights, 4 segmented LEDs on each edge are connected by 23 individual LEDs, creating a slot-like grille look. This distinct front panel also houses the front camera, further emphasizing the vehicle’s EV identity. In addition, Skoda’s iconic winged-arrow logo is replaced with a sleek blacked-out ‘SKODA’ letter mark.

The SUV’s lower air intake is finished in black, while the alloy wheels retain the familiar Skoda logo, giving the Enyaq a sportier appearance, especially with the Sportline Edition. The teaser also confirmed that the Enyaq Coupe will mirror these updates, including dark chrome accents, sharp tear-off edges, and C-shaped taillights.

The Enyaq SUV will be available in a striking Velvet Red shade, while the Coupe counterpart will offer Race or Energy Blue options.
