Porsche has unveiled the 2025 911 Carrera S, available as a coupe and cabriolet. Positioned between the base Carrera and the GTS, the new Carrera S boasts more power, upgraded features, and refined performance for driving enthusiasts.
The 2025 Carrera S is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo boxer six-cylinder engine that delivers 470 bhp and 528 Nm of torque, a 30 bhp increase over its predecessor. Equipped with new turbochargers and optimized charge-air cooling, the coupe accelerates from 0-96 kmph in just 3.1 seconds (with the Sport Chrono Package) and reaches a top speed of 307 kmph. Power is sent to the rear wheels via an eight-speed Porsche dual-clutch transmission (PDK).
Performance upgrades include a standard Sport Exhaust system with silver tailpipes and brakes sourced from the previous-generation 911 GTS, offering superior stopping power with 408 mm front and 380 mm rear rotors. Enhanced dampers ensure improved responsiveness and ride comfort. Optional features like Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), PASM Sport Suspension with a 10 mm lower ride height, and rear-axle steering provide further customization for ultimate driving precision.
Inside, the 2025 Carrera S features an upgraded, leather-appointed cabin with standard leather upholstery on seats, headrests, the upper dashboard, and door panels. The coupe comes standard with a two-seat configuration, while the cabriolet includes rear seats as standard. Buyers can opt for rear seats at no extra cost in the coupe version.
