The upcoming CLA EV retains its iconic four-door coupe design with a sleek, sloping roofline and sporty flared wheel arches, framed by stunning 21-inch alloy wheels. The vehicle’s bold front grille and distinctive LED headlights, featuring the three-pointed star logo, further enhance its dynamic appeal. Notably, the concept includes a LiDAR sensor on the roof, hinting at advanced autonomous capabilities.

Inside, the CLA concept features the impressive MBUX Superscreen, which combines three screens – the instrument cluster, touchscreen, and passenger display – powered by a supercomputer using artificial intelligence and machine learning. The cabin is crafted with eco-friendly materials, including recycled PET, bamboo fiber door mats, and vegan silk-like fabric.

In terms of technology, the new CLA offers SAE Level 2 semi-autonomous driving, with the potential for future upgrades to Level 3 through over-the-air updates. Mercedes promises an impressive range of over 750 km (WLTP cycle) on a single charge, thanks to an 85kWh battery and a highly efficient drivetrain with 93% efficiency. The 800V system supports DC fast charging up to 320kW, enabling 400 km of range in just 15 minutes.
