Indian electric two-wheeler startup, Lectrix EV, has unveiled its new NDuro electric scooter, available in two variants: NDuro 2.0 and NDuro 3.0. Priced at ₹84,999 and ₹94,999 (ex-showroom) respectively.
Pricing and Battery Options
Customers can opt for a battery lease plan, making the NDuro 2.0 available at an introductory price of ₹57,999, with a monthly battery subscription starting at ₹999. This flexible option lowers the entry cost for electric scooter ownership. Bookings open on December 7.
Design and Features
The NDuro’s angular and tough look is further highlighted by its integrated indicators, all-LED projector headlight, and sharp front apron. With a spacious 42-liter boot, it offers practical storage for daily use.
In terms of technology, the NDuro 3.0 has a sophisticated 5-inch TFT display, whereas the NDuro 2.0 has a 5-inch LCD. Both variants provide mobile app connectivity, offering ride analytics and battery status updates. Reverse mode, side-stand cut-off, theft alarms, and hill-hold assist are a few safety features.
Performance and Range
The NDuro comes with 2.3 kWh and 3 kWh battery options, delivering ranges of 90 km and 117 km respectively. Powered by a 2.4 kW motor, the scooter achieves a top speed of 65 kmph and accelerates from 0-40 kmph in just 5.1 seconds.
The NDuro 3.0 takes on established competitors like the Bajaj Chetak, Ather Rizta, TVS iQube, and River Indie, making it a strong contender in the premium electric scooter segment.
