Kia Motors is all set to expand its SUV lineup in India with the upcoming Kia Syros, slated for an early 2025 launch. Positioned between the compact Seltos and subcompact Sonet, the Syros aims to cater to young, urban buyers looking for a stylish and feature-rich SUV. The Korean automaker has already teased the vehicle, revealing some key details that hint at a bold design and premium features, including a panoramic sunroof—a first in its segment.

The teaser video offers glimpses of the Syros’ front profile, showcasing a vertical three-element LED headlight setup that exudes a modern and aggressive vibe. Complementing this is the vertical LED DRLs, adding a distinctive character to the SUV’s fascia. The design promises a chunky front bumper and a rugged, bold look, setting it apart from Kia’s existing models like the Seltos and Sonet. Kia has included a panoramic sunroof in the Syros, making it a standout feature in its class.

Inspired by Kia’s Recreational Vehicle (RV) design language, similar to the Carens, the Syros features a robust yet stylish rear profile. Sketches and teasers reveal L-shaped wrap-around LED taillights, mounted high and seamlessly integrated into the roofline, giving the SUV a contemporary aesthetic.
