Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR teased for India; Check out expected price and key features

India Kawasaki Motor has released teasers on social media for the Ninja ZX-4RR, an ultra-performance pocket rocket sports bike. The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR features a four-cylinder engine that delivers top-notch performance on the road and track. The social media post also suggests that the Ninja ZX-4RR is going to be a completely built unit (CBU) and will only be available in limited quantities.

Engine

The 399 cc liquid-cooled, in-line four-cylinder engine of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR produces 37.6 Nm of peak torque at 13,000 rpm and 76 bhp at an incredible 14,500 rpm. With a ram air intake and over 15,000 rpm of power, the engine is expected to be a screamer. The motor is equipped with a bi-directional quickshifter and a 6-speed transmission.

Design

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR would feature the Kawasaki Racing Team (KRT) paint scheme, which may be the only colour choice at launch. Furthermore, the bike will include a 4.3-inch TFT screen with four riding modes, Bluetooth connectivity and all-LED lighting.

Suspension

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR will feature 37 mm USD Showa SFF-BP front forks with adjustable preload. The Showa BFRC Lite monoshock with preload-adjustable manages the rear suspension.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR Expected Price

The new product is expected to cost between ₹9-9.5 lakh (ex-showroom), which is a high price for its size. However, the Ninja ZX-4RR will undoubtedly be unique and a must-have for die-hard fans of the brand.
