Hyundai is set to redefine the electric vehicle (EV) landscape with the upcoming Hyundai Ioniq 9, a flagship full-size SUV built on the brand’s advanced Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). The Ioniq 9, first introduced in 2021, will officially launch in November, adding to the growing Ioniq lineup with bold design and cutting-edge technology.
Here’s what to expect in Hyundai Ioniq 9
A full-width LED light bar and Hyundai’s “Parametric Pixels” aesthetic, which were previously present in the Ioniq 5 and 6, will define the unique look of the Hyundai Ioniq 9. Strong D-pillars and squared-off wheel arches are two features that the side profile keeps from the SEVEN Concept. The teaser photographs do not reveal the back end of the Ioniq 9. However, the Hyundai Ioniq 9 is likely to use T-shaped pixel LED taillights.
Although exact battery configurations have not been announced, it is expected that the Ioniq 9 will feature options that are comparable to those of the Kia EV9, including battery packs with capacities of 76.1 kWh and 99.8 kWh. A power range of around 215 horsepower to 576 horsepower might be the result of this.
