Here’s what to expect in Hero Xoom 160 scooter
The Hero Xoom 160 stands out with its bold design featuring twin LED headlamps with LED DRLs, a muscular body, and an ADV-style front beak. It also comes with a large windscreen for added comfort during longer rides. The scooter’s seat is designed for comfort, and thick grab rails ensure safety for the pillion rider. With dual-purpose tyres and an upswept exhaust, the Xoom 160 is built for mild to moderate off-road tracks, offering riders a versatile two-wheeler for both city commutes and weekend adventures.
Under the hood, the Hero Xoom 160 is powered by a 160cc, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 14 bhp, slightly less than the Yamaha Aerox 155’s 14.75 bhp. It features telescopic front forks, dual rear shock absorbers, and disc brakes on both wheels. For added safety, the scooter comes equipped with single-channel ABS as standard.
The Hero Xoom 160 is expected to be an affordable option in the 160cc scooter segment, giving riders a unique combination of performance, style, and off-road capability. As consumer preferences evolve, this new offering could change the dynamics of the maxi-scooter market in India, providing enthusiasts with a new choice for adventure and urban riding.
