Ducati launches Panigale V2 Black in India; Priced at Rs 20.98 lakh

Ducati India has unveiled the Panigale V2 motorbike in black, costing ₹20.98 lakh (ex-showroom, India).  Bookings for the brand-new Ducati Panigale V2 Black started in April and delivery is about to start. The supersport was previously only available in the ‘Ducati Red’ color scheme, but the new Black color lends a stealth appearance to the motorbike

The Ducati Panigale V2 Black features the same design language as the flagship Panigale V4. The twin headlight design and unique LED DRLs are instantly recognized. The bike’s compact proportions make it agile and an effective corner carver. The all-black gloss-finished paint scheme features contrast red stickering across the bodywork and the black alloy wheels have a red line on the rim, keeping the red to a minimum. The new colour choice highlights its style components, giving it a crisper appearance.

The Ducati Panigale V2 is powered by the 955 cc, L-twin, liquid-cooled engine tuned for 55 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 104 Nm of maximum torque at 9,000 rpm. The motor connects with a 6-speed gearbox and is supported by an aluminium monocoque frame with a single-sided aluminium swingarm. The suspension consists of 43 mm Showa USD front forks and a Sachs-sourced monoshock at the back. Both units are completely adjustable.

Braking power comes from 320 mm twin front discs with Brembo Monoblock M 4.32 calipers and a single 245 mm rear disc with two-piston calipers. The 17-inch alloy wheels of the bike are covered with Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II tyres.
