
Bajaj Auto has said that they are now accepting bookings for the Freedom 125 across the country. Additionally, the company has begun delivering the Freedom 125 to its customers.
The Freedom 125 was first sold in Pune and delivered to Mr. Pravin Thorat. The Bajaj Freedom 125, which was unveiled on July 5, 2024, promises to reduce running expenses by up to 50%.
Mr. Sarang Kanade, President Motorcycles, Bajaj Auto Ltd., stated, “The Bajaj Freedom 125 launch has generated almost unprecedented consumer interest in this innovation, which helps deliver significant operating cost savings as well as a greener ride as compared to traditional petrol bikes. We are working hard to ensure that we meet this demand by expanding distribution rapidly across our expansive dealer network. Booking is now open across the country”.
Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG features
The Bajaj Freedom is powered by a 125 cc engine that runs on both petrol and CNG. It provides a max torque of 9.7 Nm and 9.4 bhp.
While using CNG, the mileage is 102 km/kg and while using petrol, it is 64 kmpl. According to Bajaj, the Freedom 125 can cover up to 200 km on CNG alone. With a petrol tank added, that distance increases to 330 km.
Bajaj Auto uses a trellis frame to protect the CNG cylinder. The frame is supported by front telescopic forks and a rear monoshock. There are 17-inch alloy wheels available.
