He said that he has come to this Dalit settlement to give the message of good governance and development and fulfill the resolve to eliminate the spirit of untouchability completely.

“Establishment of an egalitarian society, corruption-free, crime-free system is part of good governance,” the CM said.

Yogi said that in the last five years, the government has brought the benefits of welfare schemes to every village and to the doorsteps of every poor, every farmer, laborer, woman, youth without any discrimination.

“The result is that 45 lakh poor people have got and 2.61 crore poor have toilets at their houses. Go to any Dalit Basti the impression of benefits of government schemes will be visible. During the Corona epidemic, people are being given free ration. All this is part of social justice,” he said.

CM Yogi said that if we look at the Samajwadi Party government, it had given only 18,000 houses in five years. “People getting patronage from government grabbed the houses meant for the poor and even grabbed their land. If this is social harmony, then I oppose it,” Yogi said.
