Commercial vehicle manufacturer SML Isuzu Ltd has announced a leadership transition with the appointment of Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective April 17, 2025. Nishikawa takes over from Mr. Junya Yamanishi, who has stepped down from the role.
In a regulatory filing to the BSE and NSE, the company also informed the exchanges of an updated list of Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) authorized to determine the materiality of events or information, in line with Regulation 30(5) of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
