Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced significant additions to its senior leadership team following a board meeting held on March 22, 2025. The bank has appointed Mr. Bhavnish Lathia as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a Senior Management Personnel, effective immediately. Mr. Lathia brings over 27 years of global experience in technology, product, and platform management and has been a key part of the bank’s leadership since August 2022.
In another key move, Mr. Vyomesh Kapasi, Head of Consumer Bank – Product, has been inducted into the Group Management Council and designated as a Senior Management Personnel. Kapasi is a veteran at Kotak, with over 30 years at the group, including his role as MD & CEO of Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd.
Additionally, the bank identified several leaders as part of its expanded senior management team:
- Mr. Pranav Mishra – Head, Consumer Bank – Distribution
- Mr. Phani Shankar – Chief Credit Officer
- Mr. SK Honnesh – Group General Counsel
- Mr. Anupam Kaura – Chief Human Resources Officer
- Mr. Rohit Bhasin – Chief Marketing Officer
- Mr. Rajiv Mohan – Treasurer
