Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Ltd, a prominent super-specialty hospital group in North India, has announced the acquisition of an under-construction 250-bed hospital in Sector 40, Gurugram. This acquisition marks a significant step in the company’s strategic expansion in the Delhi NCR healthcare market.

The hospital, strategically located in Central Gurugram, is set in a dense and high-income catchment area, surrounded by established residential hubs, premium commercial districts, and key corporate corridors. The facility, currently under construction, will address the growing demand for high-quality tertiary and quaternary healthcare services in the region. Yatharth Hospitals will acquire the hospital for approximately ₹100 crores, with an additional investment of ₹100 crores planned for project completion and the procurement of medical equipment.
