Universal Cables authorises key personnel for material event disclosures

Universal Cables has announced the authorisation of key managerial personnel to determine the materiality of events or information and make necessary disclosures to stock exchanges. This decision was made at the company’s board meeting held on 23rd May 2026.

The board has granted fresh authorisation to three key individuals within the organisation. Shri Y.S. Lodha, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, is one of the authorised personnel.
