ITC finalises amalgamation of Sresta Natural Bioproducts and Wimco

ITC has successfully completed the amalgamation of Sresta Natural Bioproducts Private Limited (Sresta) and Wimco with the company. The scheme of amalgamation has been sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata and Hyderabad Benches. Certified copies of the orders have been filed with the Registrar of Companies in West Bengal and Telangana.

The appointed date for the amalgamation is set as 13th June 2025 for Sresta and 1st April 2025 for Wimco. The effective date of the scheme is 1st June 2026. As of this date, Sresta and Wimco will be dissolved without winding up and will cease to be subsidiaries of ITC.

Consequently, the two subsidiaries of Sresta, namely Sresta Global FZE in the UAE and Fyve Elements LLC in the USA, will become direct wholly owned subsidiaries of ITC.
