Waaree Renewable Technologies secures 350MW/1400MWh BESS order

Waaree Renewable Technologies has announced the signing of a turnkey contract for the execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) works for a 350MW/1400MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) order. The contract includes two years of operation and maintenance services.

The order was awarded by Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL), a domestic entity. The project is scheduled to be completed during the financial year 2026-27, according to the terms of the order.

The aggregate size of the order is 350MW/1400MWh, and it is classified as a commercial order. This project falls under related party transactions, as WFEPL is a subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies‘ holding company. The transaction is conducted at arm’s length.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and was received on May 18, 2026.
