Triveni Turbine announces Rs 2 per share final dividend for FY26

Triveni Turbine Limited has declared a final dividend of ₹2 per fully paid-up equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This 200% dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, 9 September 2026. If approved, the dividend will be distributed to shareholders within 30 days of the declaration, after deducting tax at source.

The company has set Wednesday, 2 September 2026, as the record date to determine the eligibility of members for the final dividend payment. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on 18 May 2026, where other significant resolutions were also passed.

In addition to the dividend announcement, the Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending 31 March 2026. The financial results were audited by M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, who issued an unmodified opinion.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of two independent directors. Mr. Vijay Kumar Thadani will continue as a Non-Executive Independent Director for another five years starting 15 December 2026, while Mr. Vipin Sondhi will serve a second term beginning 17 March 2027. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

Furthermore, Triveni Turbine appointed M/s. J.H. & Associates as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment is also subject to ratification by shareholders at the AGM.

The Board meeting commenced at 12:15 PM and concluded at 4:50 PM.
