Avantel Limited has made a significant contribution to Lakshmee Foundation by donating 60 lakh equity shares. This donation, made by Dr. Abburi Vidyasagar, Founder & Chairman and Managing Director of Avantel Limited, aims to support healthcare initiatives for underserved communities.

The donation, which took place on May 4, 2026, is intended to expand various philanthropic activities, particularly those focused on improving access to quality healthcare. Lakshmee Foundation, a non-profit organisation committed to social welfare in the healthcare sector, will use the donated shares strategically to support initiatives, including the operations of Lakshmee Foundation Hospital in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Lakshmee Foundation, established in 2010, is guided by its Trustees, including Dr. Abburi Vidyasagar and family members. The Foundation’s work spans health, education for the underprivileged, women welfare, support for orphans, and care for the elderly, primarily in Andhra and Telangana.
