Intellect Design Arena has announced a strategic partnership with VantageOne Credit Union to modernise its lending operations using AI-first solutions, eMACH.ai Lending and PF Credit.

VantageOne Credit Union will adopt eMACH.ai Lending to transition from manual workflows to an automated credit evaluation and recommendation engine, significantly speeding up the borrowing process for members seeking personal and business loans. The integrated PF Credit system will deploy AI-based digital experts to enhance capacity and capabilities across the loan origination journey. This system maximises operational efficiency through automated document extraction from unstructured application data and supports underwriters with “First Time Right” (FTR) pre-underwriter checks. This partnership follows Intellect’s previous collaboration with Bulkley Valley Credit Union in March 2026, where similar AI-driven solutions were implemented.

The AI-driven document validation and data extraction will eliminate manual administrative tasks, allowing staff to transition to high-value, revenue-generating advisory roles. The multi-tenant SaaS shared-service platform will reduce operational costs while enabling scalable growth and faster time-to-market.
