V-Guard Industries has announced a revision in the book closure dates for determining dividend eligibility for its shareholders. The company has updated the start date for the closure of the Register of Members to Saturday, August 1, 2026, instead of the previously communicated Friday, July 31, 2026.

The revised period for the book closure will now extend from August 1, 2026, to August 11, 2026, inclusive of both dates. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or the Register of Beneficial Owners as of the record date, July 31, 2026, will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval.

This update follows the outcome of the Board Meeting held on May 12, 2026, where the initial book closure dates were communicated. The company has requested the stock exchanges to record this change in their systems.
