Maharashtra Seamless Limited has announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, United Seamless Limited, with an authorised capital of ₹5,00,000. The incorporation was confirmed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 16th May 2026.

United Seamless Limited is established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maharashtra Seamless Limited, with the parent company holding 100% of the shares. The subsidiary is based in India and will engage in the manufacturing of various types of pipes, offshore oil exploration activities, and electricity generation.

The incorporation of United Seamless Limited does not require any governmental or regulatory approvals, and the entire paid-up share capital of ₹5,00,000 is held by Maharashtra Seamless Limited. The shares are subscribed in cash, with no share swap involved.

United Seamless Limited is expected to contribute to the manufacturing and services sector, expanding Maharashtra Seamless Limited’s capabilities in pipes manufacturing and energy-related services.
