Minda Corporation reports highest ever quarterly revenue of ₹1,704 crore in Q4 FY2026

Minda Corporation has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, reporting its highest ever quarterly revenue of ₹1,704 crore. This marks a significant growth of 29% year-on-year (YoY). The company also reported an EBITDA margin of 11.9% for Q4 FY2026, showing an increase of 37 basis points YoY.

For the full fiscal year 2026, Minda Corporation achieved a revenue growth of 22.3% YoY despite challenging macro-economic conditions. The company’s EBITDA margin for the year stood at 11.7%, reflecting a growth of 29 basis points compared to the previous year.

Minda Corporation’s total lifetime order book has exceeded ₹10,000 crore, with ₹3,500 crore worth of new orders booked during the quarter. The company secured multiple platform-specific instrument cluster orders from leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

In addition to its financial performance, Minda Corporation has been active in strategic partnerships and innovation. The company filed 11 new patents during Q4 FY2026, bringing the total number of patents filed to over 330. For the entire fiscal year, 27 new patents were filed.

A notable strategic development for Minda Corporation is its joint venture with Turntide Drives Ltd., established on 9th March 2026. The joint venture, in which Minda Corporation holds a 49% stake and Turntide Drives holds 51%, aims to enhance Spark Minda‘s access to advanced motor technology and strengthen its domestic supply chain. This collaboration aligns with the ‘Make in India’ vision and aims to deliver cost-competitive, high-quality products to OEMs.
