Endurance Technologies has successfully appealed against a demand order involving ₹98.28 lakh, which included disputed tax, interest, and penalty for the financial year 2020-21. The demand was related to credit notes issued for sales return transactions and interest on the reversal of input tax credit.

The appeal was filed with the Office of the Joint Commissioner (ST), Appeals, in Chennai, following an order by the Deputy Commissioner (CT), LTU-DC1, Tamil Nadu. The company provided supporting documents to contest the order.

On 14th May 2026, the Joint Commissioner (ST), Appeals, ruled in favour of Endurance Technologies, setting aside the demand order. This decision relieves the company from the financial implications of the previous order.
