Sony TV’s epic programme Srimad Ramayana has received a lot of love and acclaim. However, there had been whispers for quite some time that the show might go off television. According to a few media reports, the show will end in June.

In an interview with the Times of India, Sujay addressed the issue and dismissed the rumours. Sujay, who plays Lord Rama in the programme, reveals that there are several sequences in the show that have yet to be revealed, including the Sunderkand and Yudhkand. He claims that this is impossible if the show goes off the air in June.

Sujay goes on to say that the show is very important to him and that anytime it goes off broadcast, he is upset. Sujay says, “Shrimad Ramayan has been the biggest landmark in my career so far so whenever this show goes off-air, I will definitely get emotional. Jis bhi din off-air hoga main thoda emotional to zarur hojaayega because ye show mere liye Baaki saare shows se alag hai.”

In the promo, Akshay is heard warning that he needs to exercise caution once he returns home, particularly because he travelled abroad with four female leads. Also, we witness Kapil making fun of Rajiv Thakur as they both participate in a stage act.

In the promo, Akshay says “I get a lot of tension when I have to leave with 4 ladies on a foreign tour. In one of the promos of Shark Tank India season 02’s upcoming episode, which will go on air sometime next week between Monday through Friday at 10PM, we see a mother-daughter duo pitching their company called, House of Chikankari. They are an online brand where they spread chikankari in modern style to elsewhere.

In 2021 they did a business of INR 33 Lakhs and now they have already done INR 7.4 crores. Peyush asked them, “aap number 1 hain ismein online? Biba… Ritu Kumar vo log nahin karte hain yeh products?” Aman Gupta has follow-up question, “aap mein aur unmein farak kya ayega?”

Shark Tank India 2: “I thought you had 2.5% equity;” Kid of one of the pitchers make the Sharks laugh

In one of the promos of one of the upcoming episodes of Shark Tank India season 02 shared by Sony Liv, Sony Tv and Shark Tank India on almost all of their social media platforms, we see a cute pitch taking place on the sets of Shark Tank India season 02, an Indian adaptation of the American original show of the same name Shark Tank, telecast by American Broadcasting Company.

In the promo we see, the gates to the sharks open and a pitcher walks in wearing a black tee shirt with Tea Fit, the name of her company written on it. flanked are her two little boys wearing white kurtas and looking darn cute. This makes the Sharks feel cute. The boys wave at the Sharks and they all unanimously wave back at the little boys.

One of the boys asks the Sharks, “sharks, kya aapne kabhi Iced Tea try kiya?” Anupam Mittal cutely replies, “nahin kiya.” The other little boy says, “not healthy.” The former one continues, “agar Tea Fit hai, sabh healthy hai, mamma se pucho.” All the sharks laugh out loud at the pitch.

The mother and probably owner of the company then makes her offer of 50 lakh rupees in exchange for 3% equity. One of her sons is quick to reply, “I thought you had 2.5% equity.” This makes everyone burst out in yet again laughter.

Shark Tank India 2: Did Ashneer Grover build Sony a franchise worth INR 10,000 crore? Read on to know

Shark Tank India premiered its season 02 earlier this week on the first Monday of 2023 on January 2, 2023. Shark Tank India is an adaptation of the original American show of the same name, Shark Tank which has been airing and telecasting and broadcasting in The United States of America since 2009 on American Broadcasting Company.

Season 01 of the show on Sony Tv did a good job. A lot of memes and mimicry was seen on social media at the cost of the sharks. One of the Sharks was Ashneer Grover, who was quite out there, extra and witty in his approach to accepting or rejecting the pitches. His quirk and unique personality had garnered him a lot of adulation from the Indian audiences. He did not make it to season 02 of Shark Tank and the audiences are going bonkers over this. They are missing Ashneer Grover in season 02.

In a recent interview, Ashneer Grover said that he is not watching season 02 of Shark Tank India and has even unfollowed the other Sharks from social media. “Mereko lagta hai separation clean hona chahiye. Jab main Shark Tank mein nahi bhi tha, season two mein, jitne bhi sharks they, unko maine social media se unfollow kar diya. Yaar ab woh tumhari game hai, tum khelo. Main kyu har roz dekhun ke Shark Tank ki shoot pe behind-the-scenes kya chal raha hai? Ab meri life ka part hi nahi hai, toh main kyu past mein rahun? Jab se clear hogaya tha ke main season two mein nahi hoon, maine baaki sharks ko unfollow kar diya tha.”

Ashneer Grover even proclaimed, Mereko lagta hai, in some sense, I was a part of creating a Rs 10,000 crore franchise… I feel happy ke maine ek Rs 500 crore saal ki franchise Sony ko bana ke de di.”

The Kaun Banega Crorepati season 13 is all set to hit our television screens. With a new theme of ‘Jawaab Aap Hi Ho,’ KBC celebrates every human and their right to ‘gyaan, dhyaan, and Samman, with of course Amitabh Bacchan as the host.

But before we get ready to watch computer Ji on the game show, here’s all that’s new;

1. The biggest change in format is that the ever-popular ‘fastest finger first round is now ‘Fastest Finger First – Triple Test’ contestants will now have to take three general knowledge questions with four options.

Shaheer-Erica starrer ‘Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3’ gets a release date!

Indian drama serial ‘Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi’ is all set to release it third season and the makers have just announced the release date.

Prior to announcing the release date, makers put a condition that if fans make 3000 comments on a post made on social media yesterday (June 25), they will share a release date. The post now has almost close to 9K comments.

The story will pick up from where they left it in the second season that ended in November 2019. The third season will focus on the inner conflicts and differences between the married couple.

The season will also feature the previously casted family members namely, Supriya Shukla, Prerna Panwar, and Vaibhav Singh. They entire cast had been shooting outdoors in Siliguri and have shared ample goofy videos and moments on their individual Instagram accounts.

If your childhood belongs to the ear of the late 90’s or from the early 20’s then you might remember this. 2 decades back in 1996, Sony India came up with a dance reality concept show called ‘Boogie Woogie.’ The show was judged by a trio who are known for their comical roles, humor and some dance moves. Yes, we are talking about Jaaved Jaaferi, Naved Jafri and Ravi Behl. The show went on air till 2014 after which the makers concluded the show due to less TRP rating.

Recently, the trio came up live for an interview session with an entertainment portal, Pinkvilla. This was after 7 long years that the fans could witness these 3 judges together in one frame. During the interaction, the trio was quizzed about the next season of Boogie Woogie. To this, Ravi, Naved and Jaaved were ecstatic and said that they would love to do it. Ravi, who had also directed the show with Naved and Ashu Jain, said, “We are young, we are able, we are fit, jisko aana hai aa jao. We can work it out.”

Jaaved Jaaferi too expressed his opinion on bringing Boogie Woogie live. He said, “We can still hold the audience and we still have a lot of people out there who still love and appreciate our work. So, I think we are all there. We are ready. We would love to do it.”

Sony TV’s Mere Sai crew member tests CORONAVIRUS positive, other cases surface!

It has almost been two weeks since the shoots of few TV serials has resumed. The shooting of Sony TV’s show ‘Mere Sai’ had begun few weeks ago after the state government had permitted with new guidelines. In spite of actors and producers affirmed that all the necessary precautions are being taken care of in the sets, a crew has been tested positive with COVID-19 leading to a temporary halt to the shooting of the show.

The channel has also insisted each and every member of the team to be in quarantine for 14 days at least. Sources has informed that, few more cases were found on the sets of TV show ‘Sah Kutumb Saha Parivaar, which airs on Star Pravah. Another news we found about the creative team of Zee, which suspected of a member being COVID-19 positive. But a source replied that the most of the meetings conducted by them happen virtually, so the chances are equivalent to zero.

India’s Best Dancer to resume shoot from July 13 with proper precautions, insurance for everyone

Amidst lockdown, Indian TV soaps restarted the shooting and now reality shows will resume their work. These shows depend on live audience , hence they are in for a big change. Sony TV’s India’s Best Dancer, judged by Geeta Kapur, Malaika Arora and Terence Lewis, and hosted by Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, is expected to be back from third week of July.

Producer Ranjeet Thakur said that there will be no live audience, “We will miss their energy, but there will be a better equation between the judges and the contestants as the former will be the sole spectators,” he reasons to a known newspaper. Thakur has cut down the crew from 500 to 160-180. Every department will have different areas and they won’t cross paths. The zero physical touch rule has been applied on the sets.

Further, it has been revealed that there will be no stunt based performances for the first four weeks to minimise manpower. Only six contestants will be permitted to stay at stage area. After their performance, they will move to another area and the other six contestants will enter. No family member will be allowed on set and any interaction required will take place through video or voice calls. Gloves, masks and face shields are mandatory. The sets will be sanitised in intervals.

“Everyone on the floor will be insured, including contestant crew, judges and the hosts,” Thakur said to the news portal, as they prepare to start rehearsals from July 1. Few choreographers will be replaced as they will be busy taking care of their family in this difficult situation.
