The company’s profit after tax (PAT) surged by 124% year-on-year, reaching ₹0.92 billion. This impressive growth is attributed to strong demand for premium housing and Sobha’s established brand presence in key Indian markets.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The company’s revenue for Q4 FY26 increased by 60% quarter-on-quarter to ₹20.30 billion, compared to ₹12.70 billion in Q4 FY25, reflecting a 29% year-on-year growth. Collections for the quarter stood at ₹19.90 billion, marking an 11% QoQ growth and a 26% YoY increase, with total collections for the fiscal year reaching ₹77.98 billion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sobha’s net debt was significantly reduced to ₹-8.00 billion, resulting in a net debt-to-equity ratio of -0.17. The quarterly sales value reached ₹20.39 billion, up by 30% YoY, with an average price realisation of ₹15,268 per sq.ft. The company sold a new area of 1.33 million sq.ft in Q4 FY26, an 18% increase YoY, and launched a saleable area of 3.31 million sq.ft.&lt;/p&gt;
