SJVN corrects typographical errors in financial results for March 2026

SJVN Limited has announced corrections to typographical errors in its financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The errors involved the incorrect use of the term ‘Unaudited’ instead of ‘Audited’ in several headings of the financial documents submitted to stock exchanges.

The company clarified that the errors were present in the headings of the ‘Notes to Audited Standalone Financial Results’, ‘Statement of Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March 2026’, and ‘Notes to Audited Consolidated Financial Results’. These errors appeared on pages 11, 20, and 24 of the previously submitted PDF file, respectively.

SJVN stated that the typographical mistakes have been corrected and emphasised that there are no changes to the financial figures, audit report, disclosures, or any other information previously submitted. The revised financial results have been enclosed with the announcement.

The company requested that the corrected information be taken on record by the stock exchanges.
