BuzzWorks, the managed office and co-working brand of Brigade Group, has announced its strategic entry into Mysuru with the launch of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road. This development marks a significant step for BuzzWorks as it taps into the growing technology ecosystem in Mysuru, offering a Grade-A managed facility with over 500 seats. The new centre is part of the 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus, which combines modern infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru’s cultural heritage.

Siddharth Verma, Business Head of BuzzWorks, highlighted the strategic growth and commitment to expanding into Tier-2 cities across India. “Our entry into Mysuru is a testament to BuzzWorks’ strategic growth and our commitment to leading the expansion into Tier-2 cities across India. BuzzWorks is planning further expansions in Bengaluru at Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and a new facility at Brigade Elysium in Varthur. The brand is also expanding within the World Trade Center campus at Brigade Gateway Complex in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, driven by sustained demand. BuzzWorks aims to double its portfolio this financial year, reflecting over 100% growth compared to the last financial year.

In addition to its Karnataka operations, BuzzWorks is set to debut in Chennai at Brigade Tech Boulevard. This move leverages Chennai’s 25% growth in GCC activity and its leadership in BFSI and automotive engineering leasing. Across these new locations, BuzzWorks aims to offer a distributed portfolio that caters to the evolving needs of the corporate ecosystem.
