Powergrid Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, 15 May 2026, to consider key financial decisions. The agenda includes the approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial information for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026. This financial review will be subject to the report by the statutory auditors of PGInvIT.

Additionally, the board will deliberate on the declaration of distribution to unitholders for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. Should the distribution be declared, the record date for this purpose has been set for Wednesday, 20 May 2026.

In line with regulatory compliance, the trading window for dealing in units of PGInvIT has been closed since 31 March 2026 for designated persons. This closure is in accordance with the ‘Policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Dealing in Units by the Parties to PGInvIT’. The trading window is scheduled to reopen on Monday, 18 May 2026.
