Welspun Living acquires 35% stake in Welspun Corporate Services for Rs 35,000

Welspun Living Limited has completed the acquisition of a 35% equity stake in Welspun Corporate Services Limited (WCSL), formerly known as Welspun Home Textiles Limited. This acquisition involves 3,500 equity shares, each valued at ₹10, amounting to a total consideration of ₹35,000.

The acquisition was executed under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. With this transaction, WCSL has now become an associate company of Welspun Living Limited.

The transaction was initially disclosed on March 19, 2026, and has now been completed, as confirmed by the company. This strategic move is expected to strengthen Welspun Living’s position in the market by expanding its stake in WCSL.
