BLS International reports revenue growth of 36.7% to Rs 2,998 crores in FY26

BLS International Services Limited has announced a significant revenue growth of 36.7% for the financial year 2026, reaching Rs 2,998.2 crores, compared to Rs 2,193.3 crores in the previous year. The company’s EBITDA surged by 30.1% to Rs 818.9 crores, while the net profit stood at Rs 723.8 crores, marking a 34.1% increase year-on-year.

The company, a trusted global AI and tech-enabled services partner, has continued to expand its global footprint and diversify its portfolio through various contract wins and renewals. This robust performance is attributed to its scalable operating model and deepening government partnerships, as highlighted by Mr. Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director of BLS International.

In the Visa & Consular Services segment, revenue grew by 11.3% to Rs 1,840.3 crores, driven by a 17.6% increase in application counts. The segment’s EBITDA rose by 29.5% to Rs 737.8 crores, with margins improving to 40.1% due to cost efficiencies and the transition to a self-managed business model. The company processed 44.1 lakh applications, with net revenue per application increasing by 13.7% to Rs 3,302.

The Digital Services business also demonstrated strong momentum, with revenue growing by 114.4% to Rs 1,157.9 crores, primarily due to the consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions. The business saw a Gross Transaction Value (GTV) of over Rs 1,11,000 crores, including loan leads worth Rs 36,800 crores.

For the fourth quarter of FY26, BLS International’s revenue from operations grew by 17.6% to Rs 814.6 crores, with EBITDA increasing by 17.1% to Rs 203.9 crores. The net profit for the quarter rose by 28.7% to Rs 186.9 crores.

Looking ahead, BLS International aims to strengthen long-term government partnerships, accelerate technology-driven solutions, and pursue sustainable growth across global markets.
