Bajaj Electricals Limited has announced the appointment of Ashween Anand as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective from 16 May 2026. In her new role, Anand will be responsible for leading the company’s finance function, overseeing financial strategy, capital allocation, governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives, all aimed at supporting the organisation’s growth and value creation.

Ashween Anand brings over 16 years of diverse experience in finance, strategy, and governance to Bajaj Electricals. Her impressive career includes roles at prestigious global organisations such as EY, Deloitte, Mondelēz, Colgate-Palmolive, and most recently at Tata Starbucks, where she served as Chief Financial Officer.
