Bajaj Consumer Care Limited has received the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Jaipur Bench’s approval for its scheme of arrangement with Vishal Personal Care Limited. The certified order was delivered on 22nd April 2026, marking a significant milestone in the corporate restructuring process.

The scheme, sanctioned under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, involves the demerger of Vishal Personal Care Limited into Bajaj Consumer Care Limited.
