Aptus Value Housing Finance declares Rs 2.50 interim dividend and plans Rs 3,000 crore NCD issuance

Aptus Value Housing Finance India has declared a second interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, representing 125% of the face value of ₹2 per share, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of 15th May 2026. The payment will be made within 30 days from the date of declaration.

In addition to the dividend announcement, the Board of Directors has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to ₹3,000 crore. These will be offered in one or more tranches via private placement. This move is in accordance with Section 42 and Section 71 of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant SEBI Listing Regulations.

The Board meeting, which took place on 6th May 2026, also saw the approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026. The financial results, audited by M/s. Sundaram & Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants, were presented along with several annexures detailing disclosures required under SEBI regulations.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2:00 PM and concluded at 6:30 PM.
