LG Electronics India Limited has announced the appointment of new auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The Board of Directors approved the appointments during a meeting held on May 21, 2026.

M/s. Dhananjay Shukla & Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, from 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The firm, known for its expertise in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other compliances, is led by CS Dhananjay Shukla, who has over 22 years of experience in the field.

Additionally, the company appointed internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The internal audit will be conducted by three firms: M/s S S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP, M/s T R Chadha & Co LLP, and M/s Sharp & Tannan Associates. These firms bring extensive experience and a strong reputation in the field of accountancy, with histories dating back several decades.
