Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) announced that RIX Systems & Solutions Private Limited has allotted the first tranche of equity shares to Centrico Insurance Repository Limited (CIRL), a subsidiary of CDSL. The allotment took place on 8 May 2026, following the approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for CIRL’s investment in RIX.

The announcement is in line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. CDSL had previously informed about the SEBI approval for this investment through a letter dated 25 February 2026.
