Wipro grants over 5 lakh restricted stock units to employees

Wipro has announced the grant of 5,32,407 ADS Restricted Stock Units and 10,664 Restricted Stock Units to its identified employees under the company’s Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit, and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024. This grant is effective from 24 March 2026.

The vesting of these stock units will follow the schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board. Employees will be able to exercise these units over the period specified by the committee.

This move is part of Wipro‘s strategy to incentivise and retain key talent within the organisation, aligning employee interests with company performance.
