The company reported a turnover of ₹24.27 crore for the fiscal year 2024-25. This acquisition allows Jubilant Ingrevia to advance its position in the human nutrition value chain, particularly in the premix market, building on its leadership in vitamins B3 and B4. The acquisition is set to be completed within 30 days, with Remidex becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Jubilant Ingrevia.
