Blue Star declares Rs 8.5 final dividend per share for FY26

Blue Star Limited has announced a final dividend of ₹8.5 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on May 6, 2026. The dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 6, 2026.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of the record date, which is set for July 17, 2026. The payment or dispatch of the dividend will occur after the AGM.
