Following Mika Singh’s announcement of a diss track against Kamaal R Khan, KRK is preparing to do the same. He announced the song’s title, “Suwar,” in an announcement on Twitter.

Salman Khan has filed a defamation suit against KRK for slandering his image via social media posts, videos, and reviews. Not only did the Bollywood singer support the ‘Dabangg’ actor, but she also criticized Kamaal R Khan for being insensitive. While Mika labelled KRK a “donkey” and a “mouse,” the latter responded by labelling Mika a “chirkut singer” and the one attempting to get publicity from this situation.

In an interview with Etimes, Mika said, “With films like ‘Radhe’, people are getting at least something to watch at such times. Every critic has a right to criticise a movie but making personal comments about Disha Patani, Salman Khan, Jackie Shroff is too vulgar.”

Elaborating further, he added, “A lot of actors have complained to me about KRK in the past and I had even yelled at him several times, even when he had spoken wrongly about Sara Ali Khan. I have a good relationship with Salman bhai but at the same time, it is my responsibility to call out wrong things, since I am a part of the same industry. Everyone should have united and spoken out much before.”

KRK made an appeal to singer Mika Singh a day before the release of his diss track on self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan. Mika supported Salman Khan in his defamation lawsuit against KRK, sparking a feud between the two.

On Wednesday, the singer shared a teaser for his song, titled #KRKKutta. The rivalry began when Mika, in an interview with a paparazzi channel, said that Salman’s legal case had taken a long time and referred to KRK as a ‘gadha (donkey) and a ‘chuha’ (mouse). KRK responded by calling him a “chirkut singer” searching for publicity.

Mika has since confirmed the diss track, which he plans to release on June 11. In one video, which he published on social media, he can be seen standing outside KRK’s Mumbai home, which he claims is close to his studio.

Referring to Sushant’s death, Vivek added, “Then also nobody wanted to really and truly acknowledge that there is something systematically wrong (in the industry), and just wanted to write it off ke ek incident hogaya (one-off incident).”

Salman Khan, filed a motion in a court in Mumbai on Monday, seeking that contempt actions be initiated against actor Kamaal R Khan for continuing to make derogatory statements after an undertaking not to do so.

The application was filed as part of Salman’s defamation claim, which sought to prevent Kamaal R Khan from directly or indirectly creating and publishing videos or other information about the actor, his commercial interests, and films/projects.

When the defamation complaint was heard last month, Kamaal R Khan’s lawyer, Manoj Gadkari, informed the court that his client will not make any more defamatory statements or statements against Salman until the next hearing date.

Salman has filed a defamation suit against Kamaal R Khan in response to the latter’s review of the recently released Hindi film Radhe.

Salman’s lawyer, Pradip Ghandy, told Additional Sessions Judge C V Marathe on Monday that, despite the guarantee, Kamaal R Khan continued to post derogatory tweets.

“This is contempt of court,” Pradip Ghandy argued.

Kamaal R Khan was then charged with contempt of court. The court heard arguments on the motion and scheduled a hearing on June 11.

The court ordered that until then, Kamaal R Khan’s attorney Manoj Gadkari’s previous statement shall stand.

KRK is involved in a legal struggle with Salman Khan, which began when the Radhe actor filed a defamation action against Kamaal. KRK, without naming anybody, attacked the ‘chirkut singer’ in the new tweet, claiming he was looking for limelight. After actor Kamaal R Khan took to social media a few days ago to claim that Salman Khan had filed a defamation suit against him for reviewing Radhe, Salman’s legal team issued a statement claiming that the case has nothing to do with the film’s review. According to the statement, the suit was filed against KRK because he, “has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand Being Human are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits.”

The full statement from DSK Legal, Salman Khan’s legal team, reads, “Mr Kamaal R Khan, the Defendant, has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Mr Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because the Defendant reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect.”

“The suit has been filed as the Defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand Being Human are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits. The Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Mr Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly with a view to draw attention to himself. Mr Kamaal R Khan’s lawyer made a statement in Court today that Mr Kamaal R. Khan “will not put any remarks of defamatory nature against plaintiff on social media till next date.” The Hon’ble Court has been pleased to pass an order taking into account this statement made by Mr. Kamaal R. Khan’s lawyer,” the statement concluded.

The Deshdrohi actor had published a list of tweets implying that Salman Khan had filed a defamation suit against him for giving his latest film Radhe a bad review.

Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, starring Salman, was released on Eid. It was, however, his lowest-rated film on IMDb, with a score of 1.7/10. Prabhudeva directed the film, which also stars Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, Jackie Shroff, and Gautam Gulati.

In an interview with Dainik Bhaskar, when asked that reviewers are feeling the repetition of Salman’s previous films in Radhe, Salim said in Hindi, “The film prior to this Dabangg 3 was different. Bajrangi Bhaijaan was good and totally different. Radhe is not a great film at all, but commercial cinema has a responsibility that every person can get money. From artists to producers, distributors, exhibitors and every stakeholder should get the money. The one who buys the cinema must get the money. Due to this, the cycle of cinema making and business goes on. On this basis, Salman has performed. Stakeholders of this film are in advantage. Otherwise, Radhe is not that great a film.”

He also spoke on writers in the film industry. “A big problem of the film industry is that there are no good writers here. The reason for this is that the writers do not read literature in Hindi or Urdu. They see anything outside and get involved in Indianising it. The film Zanjeer was a game-changer of Indian cinema. That film made Indian cinema come back on the right path. But since then, the industry has not received the replacement of Salim-Javed yet. In such a situation, what can Salman do?” he further said.

Salman Khan’s ‘Radhe’ earns $12,75,000 in overseas markets in 2 Days

The release of Salman Khan’s Eid 2021 “Radhe” may have missed its big screen date in most of India, but the film has been doing well in parts of the international market, particularly the Gulf region, since its release on Thursday. “Radhe” earned approximately $6,00,000 on Friday, its second day of release, after earning approximately $6,75,000 abroad on Thursday. According to boxofficeindia.com, this brings the film’s two-day total to around $12,75,000.

The film grossed $4,75,000 on Thursday and around $4,00,000 on Friday in the Gulf market, where it has done the best theatrical business.

The post-Eid weekend is expected to push the film’s total in the Gulf market past $1 million, according to the website.

The film has been released in the Gulf countries of the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

Salman co-stars in the action drama “Radhe” with Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, and Jackie Shroff. Prabhudeva directed the film. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan extended his greetings on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr to fans and thanked them for making his latest crime-thriller drama ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’- the most-watched film on the first day of its release.

Taking it to his Twitter handle, Salman shared a poster of the film and declared openly that his movie has broken the records on the first day of its release and that the film was watched by more than 4.2 million viewers on the OTT platform.

Salman Khan Gets his second jab of COVID-19 Vaccine

Salman Khan administered the second dose of the novel coronavirus vaccine on Friday. The 55-year-old star, who received the first dose of the vaccine in March, was spotted at a center in Mumbai’s Dadar district.

Salman revealed in a recent interview that his parents, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan and producer Salma Khan, received their second dose on May 9, while his brother-producer Arbaaz Khan received his first dose on Sunday.

The actor went for the vaccine just one day after his much-anticipated film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai became available on various channels, including OTT and DTH networks. The film is also available on the pay-per-view broadcast channel Zee Plex.

Several movie stars, including Rajinikanth, Saif Ali Khan, Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Kamal Haasan, among others, have been vaccinated.

On March 1, the Indian government initiated a national vaccination campaign for people above the age of 60, as well as those between the ages of 45 and 59 who have co-morbidities.

The Maharashtra government declared last month that it will offer anti-Covid-19 vaccines to people aged 18 to 44.

The state health department confirmed 42,582 new Covid-19 cases on Thursday, a decrease of nearly 4,200 infections from the previous day, while 850 more patients died from the disease.

The popularity of a Salman Khan film extends beyond the ticket counters of movie theaters. Fans of the ‘bhai’ are equally happy for the digital release of his upcoming action entertainer Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The servers of the streaming platform ZEE5 crashed on Thursday as people rushed to watch the Prabhu Deva directed film.

ZEE5 Premium took to social media to say that they are working on the problem and will solve it. They have expressed gratitude to Khan’s loving supporters. “Thank you for the unprecedented love, will be back soon,” read the tweet. Around noon, the servers failed when over 1.25 million users attempted to access ZEE5. They were quickly corrected.

Radhe is the first Bollywood film to be released in different formats at the same time. Master, starring Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi, is getting a Hindi remake. Earlier, it was announced that the film will be produced in Hindi by Kabir Singh producer, Murad Khetani, and Endemol Shine, with two top Bollywood names, making it one of the biggest hero vs villain events upon its debut.

Now, according to an entertainment portal the Master’s team has begun approaching actors to play the lead role of Master and the baddie Bhavani. Salman Khan, the Bollywood sensation, is being courted by Team Master for a role in the film.

“Over the last 30 days, Murad and the Endemol team have met with Salman Khan a number of times to discuss Master. Salman has shown keen interest in the film’s concept, but is waiting for the Master team to present him with a bound Hindi script, as many elements from the Tamil original would need to be changed to fit the tastes of the Bollywood audience,” said a source close to the production.

Salman was the obvious first choice for the team since the titular role of Master, played by Thalapathy Vijay in the original, has an atmosphere and screen appearance that can only be justified by a few superstars in Bollywood.

“Salman’s aura and personality are perfect for the role of Master, and the filmmakers felt the same way. The talks are still in the early stages, and Salman will decide whether or not to make the film after hearing the script narration. The Master team is currently updating the script, tweaking the second half of the original and editing the longer parts to keep the Hindi runtime under control. The next narration with Salman is due to take place in a few months, according to the report.

“If all goes as planned, Salman’s next film after KEKD will be Master, which will begin shooting in February/March of next year. Apart from Master, he is reading a few more subjects in order to obtain a date in Q1 2022,” the source concluded.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is also gearing up to release his much awaited actioner Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai on Eid 2021. This makes Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai the first big budget film to announce their official release dates. The film has already completed the shot and is now getting ready for the post production work. The PR team of Radhe have already started planning strategies for promotion of the film.

A source reveals, “The shoot of the film was completed post-lockdown after which the makers began full throttle with the post-production work. Meanwhile, recently, they also managed to put together a teaser of the film. Since it’s a teaser, the video won’t be more than a minute long but it gives a nice idea about the film and its action and grandeur. It is slick and massy and would surely get thumbs up from the target audience and trade.”

The first teaser of Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai was released in January, which got a lot of attention from the audience. Now the second teaser is expected to get released in March followed by the official trailer. Salman Khan confirmed on Tuesday that his upcoming flick Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai will hit the silver screens this Eid. The decision comes after theatre owners and exhibitors requested him not to release it on the OTT platform. They express that, only this would motivate audience back to theatres post the lockdown.

Salman will reportedly wrap up his current project in February. The movie, Antim: The Final Truth, will see him pitted against Aayush Sharma.

Reports emerge that Salman, Aayush and Mahesh have been shooting in Panchagni and will wrap up the schedule on Wednesday. The movie has one more schedule planned in Mumbai, after which it’s pack up time. It is slated to release in the third quarter of this year.

Antim: The Final Truth is based on the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern. Salman essays the role of a cop and Aayush a gangster, set against the backdrop of the land mafia.

After wrapping up Antim, Salman will start shooting for Tiger 3 from March. Salman will reportedly shoot for the film till September. The movie marks the reemergence of Salman as Tiger aka Avinash Singh Rathore and Katrina Kaif as Zoya.

Salman will later shoot for Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathan, directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra.

Salman Khan receives written request from film distributors to release ‘Radhe’ only in theatres

While the makers are yet to confirm or deny anything on the development, film exhibitors-who have been hit hard by pandemic-induced countrywide shutdown of theatres and subsequent opening with only 50 per cent occupancy, have written a letter to the actor requesting him to go with a theatrical release first. The businessmen are convinced that Salman Khan‘s presence on the big screen will set their cash registers jingling despite the threat of coronavirus looming large.
Buzz is that the exhibitors had been pleading with Salman for the same since November but it is only now that they are making a formal request, asking him to delay the release and open preferably on Eid, as it was planned for last year.

While on the topic of ‘Radhe’, Salman will reunite with his ‘Bharat’ co-star Disha Patani in the film, which also stars Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles.

Salman Khan sells Radhe-Your Most Wanted Bhai to Zee Studios for Rs 230 Crores

In October, Salman Khan wrapped up shooting for Radhe-Your Most Wanted Bhai with a 15-day schedule in Karjat and Mumbai. Since then, the actor along with director Prabhudeva and the production team have been working on the post-production of the film to get it ready for an Eid 2021 release.

Salman Khan signs a massive deal for his film Radhe’s release. According to the source, “Salman has sold the satellite, theatrical, digital and music rights of Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai to Zee Studios for Rs. 230 crores, which is the biggest deal in COVID times. They have been discussing the possibility of collaboration all through the lockdown and the deal was finally cracked early in December. It’s a reasonable deal that has led to a stable profit for Salman whereas Zee, too, doesn’t have many risks involved given that Salman’s films command a great return value in terms of digital and satellite viewing side by side music streaming on various platforms.”

Interestingly, the film was earlier supposed to be released theatrically by Yash Raj Films globally on a commission basis, however, now, it will be Zee Studios, who have been entrusted with the responsibility. ‘It’s a blanket deal, and a beginning of partnership for the two. Salman’s production, Kaagaz featuring Pankaj Tripathi, too, is seeing a premiere on Zee’s streaming platform. He also has a multi-film satellite deal with Zee Network and his last 3 releases–Race 3, Bharat and Dabangg 3–saw the world television premiere on Zee Cinema,’ the trade source added.

Radhe features Disha Patani as the female lead and Randeep Hooda as the antagonist with Jackie Shroff in a pivotal role of a cop. The movie is the official remake of Korean Film, The Outlaws, and is gearing up for an Eid 2021 release in theatres. Superstar Salman Khan has kept his fans waiting for the much-awaited film ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai‘. Similar toh other Salman Khan films, Radhe was initially set to be released on Eid 2020. However, it was postponed keeping in view the Coronavirus pandemic.

It is now being said that ‘Radhe’ won’t be released in theatres at all. The makers are opting for an OTT release of the film. Rumours suggest that the actor is in the advanced stages of negotiations with Amazon Prime Video. Even though cinema halls and multiplexes have been opened for the public, they are still not attracting a lot of audiences. Therefore, the makers have opted for a digital release.

It is being said that Salman has demanded a figure of 175-250 crores for the deal. But it is being assumed that the deal will be sealed at around 150-160 crores. The satellite rights of the film have already been sold at 50 crores. However, if the film releases on OTT, there are chances of the satellite deal being renegotiated.

It is also being said that the actor is also giving a thought to the pay-per-view type of release just like the film ‘Khaali Peeli‘. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.

Here’s good news for Salman Khan and Bigg Boss 14 fans! Salman and his family have tested negative for Coronavirus.

Recently, reports suggested that Salman had isolated after his driver and two other staff members had tested positive. Therefore, Salman had isolated himself. Questions were raised about Bigg Boss 14’s upcoming ‘Weekend ka Vaar‘ shoot.

Rumours were that since Salman is in isolation, the shoot will be postponed. However, a report from the Free Press Journal informs that the actor and his family took the COVID-19 test. Now, the entire family has tested negative. As a part of safety precautions, BMC has also sanitised Galaxy Apartments. It is now being said that Salman will shoot for the ‘Weekend ka Vaar‘ episode.

Salman Khan had recently wrapped up his shoot for the movie Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. This Prabhudeva-directed venture also includes Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff and Randeep Hooda. It will hit the big screen on Eid 2021.

The release date has been postponed by seven months. As reported by Mid-day, the new release date was decided during a meeting on Monday that saw the superstar and co-producers Atul Agnihotri, Sohail Khan and Nikhil Namit in attendance.

According to the reports of Mid-day, a source has mentioned that they were considering setting the new release date around 26th January 2021 but “they were discouraged by the low footfall in theatres ever since they reopened at 50 percent capacity in several states. Considering Radhe is a big-budget movie, the makers calculated that it will earn in the ballpark of Rs 120 crore if released in the current circumstances. Taking this into account, the entire team — including its worldwide distributors Yash Raj Films — felt it would be wise to release it on May 12, 2021, thus keeping Salman’s tradition of Eid offerings alive.”

Trade analyst Atul Mohan said, “It’s prudent to release Radhe on Eid next year. Internationally, the makers of Fast & Furious too have pushed Fast 9 by a year.”

Radhe: Salman Khan ropes in Tamil actors Bharath Srinivasan, Megha Akash and Narra Srinu for pan-India appeal

Salman Khan has been shooting for film ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ even before lockdown. A few scenes of the film are yet to be shot including a dance sequence with Disha Patani. Now as per a report by MidDay, Salman Khan has roped in Tamil stars-Bharath Srinivasan, Megha Akash and Narra Srinu in this action film directed by Prabhudeva.

“Tamil star Bharath Srinivasan, who has featured in several hit films, essays the role of an undercover cop in Radhe and shares crucial scenes with Salman. While Disha Patani plays the superstar’s love interest, Megha Akash plays Salman’s colleague and has shot several action sequences with him,” a source revealed to MidDay. The film is also about to have a comedy quotient for which Srinu will be joining Radhe as director Prabhudeva is already fond of his work.

Targeting the South-Indian audience, Salman Khan is all set to resume his shoot for Radhe along with these Tamil superstars in October. Not to forget, Khan shall also be seen as a host in his popular TV show Bigg Boss’s upcoming season which is around the corner.
