Samvardhana Motherson reports Q4FY26 revenue growth of 17% YoY to Rs 34,309 crores

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025-26, reporting a significant increase in revenue. The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly and annual revenues, with Q4FY26 revenue rising by 17% year-on-year to ₹34,309 crores.

The company also reported an annual revenue of ₹1.25 lakh crores, marking an 11% year-on-year growth. Emerging businesses within the company saw a remarkable 50% growth, while the Consumer Electronics segment expanded 7.5 times year-on-year. The Aerospace division registered a 40% growth compared to the previous year.

SAMIL’s financial discipline has resulted in a reduction of its leverage ratio to an all-time low of 0.8x, down from 0.9x at the end of FY25. This achievement comes despite record capital expenditure (capex) of ₹5,911 crores for FY26, with an outlook of ₹6,000 crores +/- 10% for FY27.

The company’s booked business stands at USD 96 billion, providing robust visibility for near-to-mid-term growth. The contributions are balanced across Automotive (75%), Automotive EVs (22%), and Non-Automotive (3%) sectors.

SAMIL is progressing with 16 Greenfield projects at various stages of completion, with 13 expected to come onstream during FY27. Four new Greenfields have been announced, including two for Automotive in Morocco and Poland and two for Non-Automotive in India and Hungary.

The Board of Directors has approved a final dividend of ₹0.25 per share, pending shareholders’ approval, bringing the proposed FY26 dividend payout ratio to 16.4%, up approximately 1% from the previous year.
