Pine Labs Limited has released its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026. The announcement was made following a Board Meeting held on 25 May 2026, which commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 4:35 PM.

The financial results were prepared in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company’s statutory auditor, BSR & Co. LLP, provided an unmodified opinion on the financial statements, confirming that they present a true and fair view of the company’s financial performance.
