Maithan Alloys announces interim dividend of ₹11 per share for FY 2025-2026

Maithan Alloys has declared an interim dividend of ₹11 per equity share for the financial year 2025-2026. The decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on 16th May 2026. The record date for determining the shareholders eligible for the dividend has been set for Friday, 22nd May 2025.

The interim dividend will be distributed to shareholders whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members or as furnished by the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as of the record date.

In compliance with the Income-tax Act, 2025, the dividend will be subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) at prescribed rates. The rate of TDS will vary based on the residential status and category of shareholders, as well as the documents submitted and accepted by Maithan Alloys.

For non-resident shareholders, taxes will be withheld according to Section 393(2) and Section 207(1) of the Act at a rate of 20% plus applicable surcharge and cess. Non-resident shareholders can opt for the provisions of the Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) if it is more beneficial, provided they submit the necessary documents.

Resident shareholders such as mutual funds and insurance companies will have TDS deducted at a rate of 10%, unless they provide valid self-declarations and copies of relevant registration certificates and PAN cards.
