Lock Upp contestants fight for their survival and perform tasks. In the latest task contestants have to earn coins as kaidis have to burn the calories. The team who will burn more calories will get more coins. They will get smart watches to track the numbers. The rules also read that only one player from each team wearing that watch can burn calories.

In the first round was burning calories using legs , Shivam and Zeeshan participated and the scores were Shivam – 494 Calories and Zeeshan – 617 Calories. Zeeshan won the first round and followed by it in the second round, burning calories using hands scores the competition between Vinit and Ali. Vinit burned 633 calories while Ali burned 618 calories. In the third round was burning calories through pelvics and glutes where Munawar burned 424 calories and Payal burned 376 calories.
